Since there wasn't much else to do, Max made her way to the track and soccer field. This is where she spent most of her time. Yesterday was her first day of school. It had been hard to fins her way around, good thing that she did get some help with that. But it was slightly ironic, that thery both had so many classes together. Also, their lockers where right next to each each other. But he was the only one that was really nice to her. He was really the only friend Max had so far, she wouldnt mind having only a few more that she could hang out with. Maybe she would meet a few other people here.
Reaching the locker room, Max pushed open the door and stepped inside. Slung over her shoulder, was her soccer bag that contained most of her cloths. It also held Max's soccer ball onb the outside pocket that was ment for it. It was blue and grey. Most people probably had one, it was nothing specials, but it was something. Setting it doqn, she stripped down into only her underwear and bra. Max took out a shirt and slipped it on.then her shorts, and last but not least, her shoes. When all dressed, Max walked out with her soccer ball under her arm and set it down on the fireld and began to stall and juggle it on her feet.

Nicole pushed open the locker room door. She shucked off a red sports bag off of her shoulder. Her eyes wandered around the room looking at past trophies that only girl teams won. A girl walking out of the locker room caught her attention. She must have been going to soccer because the gym's entrance was on the other side of the room. Nicole bent over and grabbed her soccer supplies. Clothes, shin guards, cleats, etc. She stripped down and got in her uniform in a few minutes. Nicole stuffed her regular clothes in her bag and slung it over her shoulder. Her cleats echoed in the empty locker room until she swung open the door that lead to outside. She jogged down to the field to see the girl that was in the locker room. Nicole set her bag down and took out her soccer ball dribbling it over to the girl juggling the ball with her feet. "Hey."

A voice hit Max's ear. Turning her head she stalled the ball on top of her foot. She looked at the girl that stood before her. Passing the ball to her other foot, Max gave a small smile to the girl that was dressed in cleats, and a shin-guard and socks. She was probably on the soccer team. Max wanted to be on it. After all the time she had to practice, Max was actually a very good player. "Hi," she answered back to her. Max dropped the ball back onto the ground and put her foot on top of it. She stood facing the girl looking over her with her grey eyes.

She glanced down at her foot work. "You're good." Nicole complimented as she smiled. "I haven't seen you at soccer practice. "You would have to be on the team if you have skills like that." She used her hand to gesture to the ball. The sun was blinding Nicole's eyes so she held up her arm to block its bright rays of light. She squinted at the girl with the good foot skills and held out her other hand for her to shake. "Nicole. You can call me Niki if you want. I don't mind either.

Max gave the girl a small smile. She could tell that the sun was being to get into Niki's eyes. It really was getting bright outside, good thing that Max was facing away from the sun. If she wasn't, then she would not be able to juggle or stall the ball on her foot all that well. It would always be falling onto the ground and making Max a little annoyed by it. Honestly, Max didn't know if she could just show up like that. "Can I just show up? Or do I need to talk to someone before just showing up like that?" Max asked her. She would like to be on the team, after playing with her siblings all the time as a kid. Max gave a small smile and shook Niki's hand. "It's nice to meet you Niki, I'm Maxwell, but you can call me Max," She liked to be called Max over Maxwell ,her name sounded like a boy name, even if she was a girl, but it didnt really bug her all that much.

"Nice to meet you, Max. And yeah just show up and talk to the coach about it. He's a nice guy, but he is pretty though once we start practice." She warned then dribbled around Max and took a goal kick letting the ball hit her on the top of her shoe. Nicole made it in than jogged over to retrieve it. "
So, what position would you play if you started? Do you like defense more or offense?"

Max nodded as she listened to Niki. She didnt mind about the coach. Surprissingly, she could handle a lot. But as long as all she needed to do was show up and talk with the coach. Hopefully he would allow her to be on the team. If she did her best to show hkm that she was a strong player he would probably allow her to be on the team. Niki said that she was good, so that ment that she was a good enough playere to be on the team, lets just hope that the coach felt the same way. But honestly, she didn't really mind what position she played, she was fast, so she could get to the ball faster then most people on defence, but also could dribbe down the field fast. So it didn't really matter what positon that she played, as long as she did. "I play everything pretty much," Max said with a tiny shrug as her eyes followed Niki as she dribbled the ball around her to the goal.

"Cool." She smiled and dribbled the ball in place. "I usually play middle field. That's where the really fast people play so I don't really understand why he put me there, I'm not that fast." Nicole looked at Max. "You look fast. Show me what you got." She challenge as she kicked her ball up and caught it with her hands. She tucked it between her arm and her side waiting. "Go on. Show me." She gestured towards the field. Max said she hasn't played soccer, but she was really good and deserved to be on the team so Nicole wanted to see just how good.

Max gave a tiny nod, she was pretty fast herself. But she didn't really flaunt it around asnd brag. There where probably going to be other people that where faster then she was. But with her long legs, she was fast, but she was still small, not short, just built small. "I can play any position," Max told Niki. A smaile crossed her face at the challenge. Maybe a little something like this would be fun. Setting her ball down on the ground Max nodded, "Okay," she said as she sprinted down the field dribbling the ball, it wasnt her full speed, but she wanted to make sure she could keep controle of the ball. Reaching the end of the field, she did a pull back and ran back to Niki, "How was that?" she asked brushing her hair behind her ear.
